Overview

Outfits are not cosmetic in Clover Time. Each one adds health, stamina or power, and accessories stack on top across head, face, shoulder and back slots. This guide lists every beta set with its stat values and drop source, so you can plan a farming order instead of guessing.

How to Get the Best Outfits

This run covers the current outfit pool and the bosses that drop each set, which is the fastest way to plan a farming order instead of chasing drops at random across the map.

Why Outfits Decide Boss Fights

Health is the stat that keeps you alive through extended boss phases, and outfits are the largest single source of it. Combined with stamina boosts, they extend how long you can dodge before a mistake costs you the fight, which matters most on bosses you can barely survive.

Because these bonuses stack with race and class passives, a well-dressed character can farm bosses several levels above a bare one. That is why boss loot is worth farming even before you actually need the weapon drops.

Outfit Stats and Sources

Values below reflect the beta build. Boss-exclusive versions of each set add noticeably more health, so it is worth clearing the same boss repeatedly once you can survive it comfortably.

A Sensible Outfit Farming Order

Chasing the best set first wastes time. This order builds survivability steadily while you level toward the harder spawns and their tighter drop tables.

Each step funds the next one: better health lets you survive the higher-gate bosses that drop the stronger sets.

1

Start With Mob Drops

Earth Bandits and Fire Mages drop regular versions of their sets at roughly one in five kills, which is an easy early upgrade.

2

Craft Iron Armor Over Time

Ore, bars and leather accumulate naturally from bandit farming. Start collecting early since the recipe is large.

3

Farm Chain Bandit for Salik

At level 20 this is the friendliest boss, with a 30% chance at the Salik Outfit on every clear.

4

Push the Boss-Exclusive Sets

Fire Mage Boss and Earth Bandit Boss drop exclusive outfits at around 5%. Farm them after your health pool supports the fight.

5

Fill Accessory Slots

Head, face, shoulder and back accessories stack additional stats, so collect them while farming the same bosses.

Finral's outfit is listed in data sources but is not obtainable yet, and the Soul Fighter Dress is limited to testers and creators.

Which Set Fits Your Build

Outfit choice is mostly about how much stamina you are willing to trade for raw health. Higher-level content generally rewards the health.

Boss Tanking

Stack the largest health bonuses like Iron Armor and Fire Mage Boss to survive long encounters.

Mob Farming

Stamina-focused sets keep dodge available during long clearing routes with frequent engagements.

Balanced Play

Mid-tier sets such as Earth Mage add health and stamina together, which suits mixed sessions.

Accessories fill the gaps your outfit leaves. If a set costs stamina, cover it with accessory slots.

Outfit Farming Mistakes

These habits waste farming time that could go into levels, crystals and grimoire rolls instead.

  • Chasing 5% boss-exclusive outfits before your health pool supports the fight
  • Ignoring mob drops that provide the same set at a much better rate
  • Skipping Iron Armor materials because the recipe looks too large
  • Leaving accessory slots empty while farming the matching boss
  • Rebuilding an outfit set every patch instead of farming durable upgrades

How Outfits Fit Your Overall Build

Race and class bonuses provide percentages, while outfits provide flat health and stamina. Together they determine whether you can farm a boss comfortably or die halfway through the encounter.

Once your outfit is settled, the remaining gains come from weapons and grimoire rolls rather than from more cosmetics.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do outfits give stats in Clover Time?

Yes. Every outfit adds health, stamina or power, and accessories stack on top, so cosmetics are a real part of your build.

How do I get the best outfit?

Iron Armor has the highest single health boost and is crafted from 600 Metal Ore, 250 Metal Bar and 40 Leather at the Craft Point.

Where does the Salik Outfit drop?

Chain Bandit drops it at roughly 30%, which makes it the easiest strong outfit to farm once you reach level 20.

Why are boss-exclusive outfits so rare?

Both Fire Mage Boss and Earth Bandit Boss outfits sit near a 5% drop rate, so farm them as a bonus while rotating bosses rather than as a dedicated grind.

Can I get the Finral outfit?

Not yet. It appears in data sources but has not been added to the obtainable pool in the current beta build.

Do outfits stack with race bonuses?

They do. Outfits add flat health and stamina while races and classes add percentage boosts, and both apply at the same time.

Which outfit is best for beginners?

Any mob-dropped set, such as the Earth Mage Outfit from Earth Bandits, gives an easy early health boost without boss fights.
